The Grinders

BLVD-Grinders-800You may remember this band from last year, if you missed them the first time be sure to catch them time. The Grinders are back and will be first to take the stage at 6:00pm. The Grinders came together when former members of a local Baltimore Rock band Declassified united with members from local blues band Mojo Ryzan. The result is a powerful mix of foot stomping, room shaking, blues and classic rock and roll. This mix is heard in every song with 2 hard driving guitars blended with the sweet sounds of a harmonica. The drums and bass lay the foundation for the emotionally charged vocal of Kelly Mac and Mojo Mike. The Grinders are one of those “must see” bands.

Meet the band

Kelly Mac (Vocals, Percussion)

Different Sisters

DS Rocks with title

Next up at 7:30pm is Different Sisters and we are pleased and excited to welcome them to our stage for the first time. We have heard plenty of good things about them and sure you will have nothing but good things to say about them too after this night! Different Sisters is a versatile band featuring established Baltimore musicians who enjoy entertaining all audiences. Their musical tastes cover a wide variety from Classic Rock, R&B, Country, Funk, Rock N Roll and Jazz Standards. Their lead vocalists, Lindsay and Lauren Satterfield are sisters. So what’s so different about that? Well, they also happen to be twins…their voices blend with harmonies that will knock you off your feet!

They are supported by a multi-talented rhythm section –

Bill Whitelock – drums,
Mike Foreman – keys/vocals,
Jim Groszer – bass/vocals,
Paul McKeown– guitar/vocals.
